We’ve always been hobbyists first—brushes, resin, decals, green stuff, and the stubborn joy of building worlds. Lately, that joy has been stress-tested. Our etsy store was taken down and Fallout Hobbies Shopify store was hit with DMCA notices claiming some of our hand-drawn vector decals were too similar.

In the sweep, even a few of our own original designs got taken down. When the only game some boardrooms play is rules-lawyering with legal pads, creators end up as collateral.

We’re all feeling the squeeze. Speech and creativity keep getting pressured to kneel by far-off power blocs that prefer obedience to imagination, and by corporate bigwigs that worship quarterly numbers over people and community.

Tabletop has never grown that way. It grows from DIY scenes, zines, kitbashes, and fan work, the scrappy stuff that keeps the hobby alive. We love the lean, bleak, punk-energy games that proved you can be unforgettable without a billion-dollar war chest, and we want that spirit loud.

Nothing you can deposit. We get to show up with the community and share our creativity to support someone else’s creative freedom—the same fight we’re in after a corporate machine kneecapped a revenue stream that helps feed our family. And yeah, mostly, it’s a big, bony middle finger to the big guys who think the hobby belongs on their balance sheet instead of your table.

Scale: Our files are designed with adaptability in mind, allowing you to easily scale them up or down to suit your specific printing requirements. This feature ensures maximum versatility for each print, catering to your project needs.

Support Trees: Our STL files are provided in an unsupported format, giving you the freedom to create support structures tailored to your specific printer's needs. This approach allows for greater optimization for your setup.

As-Is and Tested Files: We ensure that all files are thoroughly tested and provided "as is." While we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee that these STL files will be optimized for every software system or 3D printer model.

Self-Support Requirement: Please note that our role is to supply the files. We are not equipped to provide technical support for file adjustments or printer-specific issues. We encourage users to utilize their own resources and expertise for any technical adjustments required for their particular printer.

Please note that by purchasing our 3D Printables, you automatically adhere to our License Terms. In summary, all STL files downloaded remain the property of Fallout Hobbies; by purchasing, you are getting a license only for your personal use of these files. You cannot redistribute, re-sell, or modify them in any way to benefit a third party without purchasing a merchant license. You cannot print them for someone else. You cannot sell your prints. You cannot cast your prints and sell them either. You are responsible for reviewing the License Terms. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. A picture of the defective item is required before we can review your case. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the customer notices an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report for your order.

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

You hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won't be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

Refund or Exchange Requests for Physical Products - Customers must contact us at support@fallouthobbies.com before initiating any exchange or refund process. We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse. These products are print-on-demand, and you are paying for the service of us producing and printing your stencils and decals as much as you are paying for the product itself. 

Exchanges for products, as well as size or color exchanges, are to be offered at the customer's expense and at our discretion. If we offer a size or color exchange, the customer would need to place a new order at their expense for a product in another size or color. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partially. In these cases, a refund or exchange will not be possible.

Refund or Exchange Requests for Digital Goods - Due to the immediate, digital nature of our STL files, which are delivered instantly upon purchase, we regret that we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase is made. This policy is in place because digital files, once sent, cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons

Therefore, Fallout Hobbies reserves the right to refuse refunds at its sole discretion, as products are printed on demand.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever. Our policy is subject to change at any time. We encourage you to review it periodically for any updates.

Our files are designed to be easily scalable on your end, allowing you the flexibility to adjust the size to fit your specific needs using your own 3D printing software.

Our files are provided as unsupported versions. This gives you the flexibility to create custom support structures that best fit your specific 3D printer's requirements and your printing preferences.
