Something got summoned. The ritual worked, which is the worst possible outcome, and now there's a thing on the table with wrong numbers of everything and a body temperature you can feel from across the room. The plan didn't account for this. It never does. That's sort of what demons are for. Or lesser horrors, hellspawn, infernal beasts, and a few centerpiece monstrosities that the sculptor clearly enjoyed a little too much. It's got too many mouths, charred skin, and that hellfire glow you've been waiting for a real excuse to attempt. Chaff to swarm a line or a single towering thing that ends the session by simply existing. Your call.
