Customer Order Investigation Request

If your order is outside our current production window, appears lost, was marked delivered but never arrived, arrived damaged, or included wrong or missing items, complete the investigation request below. We will review your submission and respond as quickly as possible.

Production Time: Fallout Hobbies is currently operating at approximately 6–8 business weeks for custom-cut vinyl stencil production. If your order is still within the normal production time, an investigation is usually not required.

Before You Submit

Please verify the following before submitting a request:

Your order is outside the current 6–8 business week production window, or the issue is damage, wrong items, or missing items.
You have checked any tracking information available.
Your shipping address is correct and still valid.
You have searched common delivery locations: mailbox, porch, neighbors, apartment office, parcel locker, or gated/community office.
You have photos ready if your item arrived damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Submitting duplicate investigation requests may delay response times.
